Mandarin Orange Salad Recipe

1 small box orange Jello
1 c. water ( I use the juice from the mandarin oranges, then add enough water to make the 1 cup. )
16 large marshmallows
1 pkg. Dream Whip
1 8oz. brick of cream cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Heat the first 3 ingredients together until the marshmallows are completely melted. Let cool.
Beat the Dream Whip as indicated in the directions on the box.
Beat the cream cheese until smooth.

Add cream cheese to Dream Whip and mix with mixer until smooth. Fold this into the orange Jello mixture until completely combined.

Pour into a pretty bowl and chill in refrigerator.

Since we moved a lot in first few years of being married, we met lots of interesting people. Unfortunately, we have lost touch with some of them. This recipe comes from a friend who lived in Greenwood, IN at the same time we did. Dave and Linda Berry. This has also become my grandson, Doug's, favorite dish. Maybe I should rename this one too?
