2 8oz. packages of cream cheese
1 pkg. of Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
1 small red bell pepper-chopped into small pieces (if you use too much, it will look like pimento cheese)
1 can sliced black olives, drained
1 can whole kernal corn, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Soften the cream cheese and add the pkg. of Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix. Add the chopped red bell pepper. Then, add the olives and corn. Mix well.
Chill for several hours or make a day ahead.
Serve with Fritoes Scoops or tortilla chips.
