4 oz. cocoa
11/2 c. sugar
1/2 lb. nuts
1 c. raisins
11/2 tbsp. melted shortening
11/2 tsp. baking powder
3 c. flour
1/2 txp. salt
1 c. cooled coffee
1 egg
8 oz. candied cherries

Directions:
Roughly grind or process raisins, nuts and cherries. Mix all ingredients and roll like meat balls about 1 inch thick. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 325 for 15 min.
