Ingredients:  
1 stick butter
1 large white onion chopped
2 cups chopped celery

Saute until soft then add 2 cups water and chicken bouillon to taste.

2 loaves bread cut into cubes then baked until crunchy (don't use wonder bread use a more dense type)
16 ounce shredded mozzarella cheese

Mix bread and cheese together then add to saute mixture. If dry add more liquid and if wet add more bread. Add pepper to taste

Stuff turkey or bake in casserole dish at 400 degrees until crunchy
