8 oz. package mushrooms, sliced
1 bunch broccoli (florets only)
1 head cauliflower (florets only)
2-3 stems celery, sliced
2-3 carrots, sliced
6-10 radishes, sliced
Small yellow squash or zucchini, sliced (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut or slice all vegetables into bite size pieces. Marinate in 8 oz. Italian dressing for 24 hours in the refrigerator. This salad will keep for several days.
