Sausage Mixed Grill:
12 mixed sausages
16 mini bell peppers
2 heads radicchio 6 wedges each
olive oil to brush and salt and pepper

1 lb. gemelli pasta
6 T olive oil plus for drizzle
3 T lemon juice and zest
1 T. tomato paste
2 lg garlic cloves fine chop
1 Lg shallot thin slice and separate
1 1/2 t. chopped thyme
Salt and pepper
2 Lg celery ribs thin slice on bias
1/4 lb Mozz thin strips
1 c. chopped basil

Fire grill. Poke sausages with knife. Rub with oil, salt and pepper and grill sausages over med heat until cooked 15-25 min. Grill peppers until sl charred about 10 min then radicchio until crisp. Slice sausages and veggies for pasta salad.
Cook pasta al dente, drain and reserve 1/4 c. pasta water. Pasta in lg bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and pasta water. Season with salt and pepper.
Mix ingredients for dressing and add 1/4 c. to pasta and toss. Add otehr ingredients except basil and toss well. Season with salt and pepper then add basil and serve
