1 12 oz can roast beef or leftover roast
1-7 oz can green chili salsa

Chopped onion
chopped tomatoes
Grated cheddar cheese
Flour tortillas-bigger ones easier to use

Directions:
Directions:
Put spoonfil of meat, some tomatoes, onins, and chesse near edge of tortilla. Roll up, folding in ends as you do. Place on foil in baking pan. When all tortillas are made, cover pan with foil. Put in 325º over for 30 min. or until hot and cheese is melted.
