1 16-ounce package cranberries
2 cups sugar
1 cup water
1 tablespoon grated orange peel
1 cup orange juice
1 cup golden or dark seedless raisins
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup chopped celery
1 medium apple - chopped
1 teaspoon ground ginger

Directions:
Directions:
In 3-quart saucepan over medium heat, bring cranberries, sugar and water to a boil, stirring the mixture frequently. Reduce heat to low and simmer 15 minutes.
Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover and refrigerate
