2 tsp. dried oregano
2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
1/4 c. red wine vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/4 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. olive oil
1/3 c. freshly grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Combine oregano, basil, thyme, and rosemary. Stir in salt, pepper, vinegar and lemon juice. Whisk in the mayonnaise and then gradually whisk in the olive oil. Stir in the parmesan cheese. Transfer to jar with tight fitting lid and store in refrigerator. Shake well before using.
