1/2 tsp. salt and pepper, each
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 bunches sakuma wiki

Asian version:
1 tsp. fresh ginger, grated
2 tbsp. sesame seeds (sim sim)
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse and dry the leaves individually. Then, leaf by leaf, star, with the center stems aligned. Roll stack up and cut off the large end stalk. Then, cut leaves vertically into thirds, and then into 1 inch slices. Add to a bowl, and knead ingredients into leaves with hands. The color of the leaves will brighten. Then layer evenly on a baking sheet. Bake at 375º F. for 15 minutes or until crunchy, stirring halfway to aid crispiness.
