1 can, drained chick peas (garbanzo beans). Save liquid
2 limes juiced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cumin
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 c. liquid from garbanzo beans

Directions:
Directions:
Drain chickpeas and set aside liquid from can.
Combine remaining ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend for ~1 min. Add ¼ cup (or more) of liquid from chickpeas. If still too dry, add 1 tsp of olive oil.
Blend until thoroughly mixed and smooth.
