1 kg potatoes, quartered
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. mayonaise
1/4 c. chicken broth
2 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. onion powder

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-cook the potatoes until almost tender. (Quick way is to put potatoes and 1/2 c. water in a microwave safe dish. Cover and microwave on high for 10 minutes, stirring once.) Drain. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over potatoes. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Thread potatoes on skewers (if wooden, be sure to soak first). Reserve the mayonnaise mixture for grilling. Grill, uncovered, over medium heat for 4 minutes on each side, brushing occasionally with reserved mayonnaise mixture or until potatoes are done.
