Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into quarters
1 can Campbell’s cream of chicken soup
1 1/3 C rice
½ tsp salt, dash pepper
1 soup can water
½ onion, chopped
½ tsp thyme
¼ tsp rosemary, crushed
½ tsp paprika
1½ Tbs celery flakes
1 Tbs parsley flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except chicken in casserole dish. Mix well. Cover & microwave 10 min. on high. Meanwhile, spray skillet with Pam. Brown & lightly salt & pepper chicken pieces. Remove rice mixture from microwave & stir well. Place browned chicken pieces on top of rice, (I usually put one in each corner) pushing them partially into the rice mixture, cover & bake 1 hour at 350° or until rice is tender.
For Pork Chop Continental: Substitute pork chops, pork steaks or boneless pork sirloin steaks (with visible fat removed) for chicken pieces. Substitute cream of mushroom soup for cream of chicken soup. Add 1/2 C of sliced fresh mushrooms (brown ones are especially good in this dish) to rice mixture. Serves 4.
