1cup (250g) butter
2 cups flour, sifted
4 Tbsp icing sugar, sifted
Filling
½ cup icing sugar
1 tsp milk
1 Tbsp butter
2 drops color/flavoring, or lemon or orange zest, or passionfruit pulp

Directions:
Directions:
Whip butter until light. Combine flour and icing sugar; mix into whipped butter.
Roll into small balls; drop on cookie sheet covered in baking paper. Dip the bottom of a flat glass into flour and gently press each ball. Re-flour after each press. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 10 minutes.
Mix filling ingredients together and fill between two biscuits.
