1.5 lbs. fresh okra
3 tsp. dried dill
2 c. water
1 c. white vinegar
2 T. pickling salt
1 clove garlic per jar
1 pinch crushed red pepper per jar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Divide the okra evenly between 3 sterile pint jars. Place garlic, dill, and red pepper in each jar.

2. Combine the water, vinegar, and salt in saucepan. Bring to boil. Pour over the ingredients in jar leaving .5" headspace. Seal jars.

3. Process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes. Refrigerate after opening.
