1 can Cream of Potato Soup
2 cu shredded cheddar cheese
1 cu grated parmesan cheese
2 lbs. shredded hash browns ( or country style)
8 oz. sour cream ( or plain Greek yogurt)

Mix all ingredients together and heat in crock pot for about 3-4 hours on high.
