1 stick butter
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup white sugar
1 large can or 2 29-oz. cans sweet potatoes
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
Flat marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a heavy sauce pan heat butter, brown sugar, white sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, bacon and salt until melted and blended. Add sweet potatoes and mash until totally blended. Cover and cook slowly for about 15 minutes.

Pour into casserole dish. Cover with flat marshmallows.

Bake until marshmallows begin to brown and melt.
