2-3 lb Italian sausages
5 large onions, slivered
1 lb baby bella mushrooms, halved
3 Tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausages on gas grill over medium heat. (Cover, some smoking is OK). Test with knife to ensure they are done in the middle.
Heat oil over low heat, add onions and increase heat to med-high. Cook, stirring occasionally until onions begin to brown. Add mushrooms and cook a few minutes more until mushrooms are just tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve sausages over onions and mushrooms.
