mayonnaise
mustard
salt, pepper

Directions:

Boil eggs for 12 minutes and leave to cool.

Peel eggs and slice in half lengthwise.

Scoop out the yolk and place in a bowl. Place the white onto a serving plate.

With a fork, crush the yolks. Add 1 tbsp mustard. Add mayonnaise a tablespoon at a time until it reaches the texture you want. Mix in salt and pepper to taste.

Scoop mixture evenly into eggs and chill.
