4 c. ketchup
Grated zest of 1 lemon
Juice of 2 large lemons
¼ c. creole or Grey Poupon mustard
1½ tsp. Tabasco
¼ c. Worchestershire sauce
4 T. molasses
4 T. sugar
1 clove garlic, minced
2 T. red wine vinegar

1. Combine all ingredients in heavy sauce pan. Warm over low heat. Do not allow to boil or bubble.
2. Can be used immediately or chilled to blend flavors more thoroughly. Makes about 5 cups.

I make double and triple batches of this and freeze it in smaller 1 quart quantities. I use it for everything from ribs to chicken to making sloppy joes and pulled pork sandwiches.
