1 c broccoli
1/2 c cauliflower
2 T grated carrots
2 T red cabbage grated
1/4 c barbecued onions (see below)
1 whole wheat tortilla
1 T mayonnaise
Salt free seasoning
Barbecued Onions
2 slices avacado
2 tsp oil
1 small onion sliced
1/2 T barbecue sauce

Directions:
Prepare the vegetables
Cut broccoli into thin lengths using only florets and upper portion of stalk. Break cauliflower into tiny florets. Place broccoli and cauliflower into steamer covered over boiling water for 3 minutes until tender.
Barbecue Onions
Place ingredients in small bowl. Microwave 1 minute till onion is wilted.
Assemble the Goodwich
Spread tortilla with mayonnaise. Add a line of broccoli down center. Crumble cauliflower and place a line on broccoli. Add line of grated vegetables. Add avocado. Add line of barbecued onions. Sprinkle with seasoning. Roll tortilla tightly crepe-style around vegetables. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap till ready to serve.
