2 salmon filets
1 ts. Dijon mustard
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4 c. butter melted
1/3 c. breadcrumbs
1 ts. chopped parsley
salt and pepper
1 ts. garlic minced

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º. In a small dish mix the lemon juice, mustard and garlic. Line a baking dish with parchment paper. Place salmon, skin side down on the paper. Season with salt and pepper. brush the mustard mixture over the top of the fish. Melt the butter . Add the breadcrumbs and the chopped parsley to the melted butter. Spoon over the filets. Bake for 15 minuets or until the fish flakes. Due not overtake, watch it.
