Cake:
1 box yellow cake mix (or pineapple cake mix)
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1/3 cup oil

Topping:
1 can pineapple slices
1/2 box brown sugar
1 cup pineapple juice
1/4 stick butter
1 jar maraschino cherries

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease and flour bundt pan. Follow directions on cake mix instead of water, use pineapple juice. If the cake mix calls for butter, use half butter/half oil. Spread brown sugar on bottom of pan. Dot with butter. Drain pineapple and cherries. Pat dry with paper towel. Place pineapple with cherries in each center next. Pour cake batter over pineapple/cherries. Bake according to cake directions. When cake is done, dump onto serving dish and let cool.
