1/2 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup butter, melted
1 egg, beaten
1 cup dark brown sugar
1 cup pecans, chopped

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Spray a nonstick mini muffin pan with cooking spray. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, blending thoroughly. Pipe mixture into muffin pan, filling each 3/4 full. Bake until edges are lightly brown and crispy, about 15 minutes.
