2 cups macaroni
1 tsp butter
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard
1 cup milk
3 cups grated sharp cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni, drain and let cool. Stir in butter and egg. Mix salt and mustard with 1 tbsp water, add to milk and set aside. Add cheese, leaving enough to sprinkle on top. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Add milk, sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
