For cake:
1 lemon cake mix
3/4c. water
1 small lemon pudding mix
4 eggs
3/4c. oil
zest of lemon

For: glaze:
2c. powdered sugar
1T. water
1/3c. lemon juice
1/2 stick melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease 1 bundt, 2 loaf, or 4 mini-loaf pans. Mix all cake ingredients together and pour in pans. Bake for 45 minutes and remove from oven when tester comes out clean. While cakes are warm poke lots of holes in tops with fork.

Mix glaze ingredients just before cakes come out of oven. Once holes are poked, repeatedly baste tops of cake with glaze. When cakes are cool remove from pans. Use flat metal spatula to ease cake away from sides of pan.

Amy Nooe a good Bible study friend made this for our Sunday night group. At her suggestion, I have made mini-cakes to give as Christmas gifts to friends and neighbors. The moist lemony cake is always a hit!
