Ingredients: 2 lbs Ground Beef 1 package Beef Stroganoff mix 1 tsp Garlic Salt 1 Cup Bread Crumbs or 4 pieces or bread (chopped or crumbled) 1 egg 1 cup Ranch Dressing 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper 1 Small Onion (chopped) 1 1/2 cup shredded cheese 1 tsp Adobo 1 tsp Emeril's Originals seasoning 2 lg. cans of Cream of Mushroom Soup Milk

Directions:Mix ground beef and all ingredients together in a bowl until mixed well. If the mixture is dry and add a little more dressing to make it a little more pliable. Make your meatballs and set aside.
In a bowl mix the mushroom soup with 1/2 can of milk. Whip it together well, it will be lumpy but should be creamy. Pour into your slow cooker.
Brown your meatballs on a medium heat on all sides. You do not have to cook all the way through. They will cook in the slow cooker. Once they all have been cooked on all sides place on a plate with a paper towel to drain excess fat then place into the slow cooker with the soup mixture. Fold the meat balls into the soup mixture and cook on high, medium, or low depending on how long you want them to cook. |
