4 cups wheat
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 can (14 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
1 pkg (6 serving) vanilla instant pudding
1½ tub Cool Whip
2 Tbsp sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Soak wheat overnight, then cook over medium heat until kernels pop but wheat is still firm. Cool. Mix together oranges, pineapple, and pudding. Fold in Cool Whip and sour cream. Add wheat 1 cup at a time.
