4 tbsp.(1/2 stick) butter
1/4 cup heavy cream
10 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
3/4 cup sour cream
1 cup confectioner's sugar

Directions:
In a saucepan over low heat, combine the butter and cream. Heat, stirring continually till the butter melts. Add the chocolate and whisk until melted. Cool 8 minutes.

Whisk in the sour cream, then the confectioners sugar. Let stand till thick enough to spread, about 10 minutes.
