2 lbs. Italian Sausage
48 oz. Pureed Tomatoes
1 large chopped Cooking Onion (1 cup)
1/4 cup Olive Oil
2 cups Beef Broth
3 cloves Garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
3 Bay Leaves
2 heaping tbsps. Basil
2 tsps. Red Pepper Flakes
Parmesan Cheese
Mozzarella Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1) Remove Italian sausage from the casings and add to a Dutch oven pot.

2) Add onion, garlic and olive oil. Cook over medium heat, breaking up the Italian sausage with a potato masher while it cooks. DO NOT DRAIN.

3) Add pureed tomato, beef broth, salt, pepper, bay leaves, basil and red pepper flakes.

4) Bring to a boil and simmer for approximately 60 minutes. Stir occasionally.

5) Serve over prepared pasta.

6) Finish by adding parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
