"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Directions:
Sift flour, salt, and baking powder together 3 times, then make a well in the middle and add half the water, add eggs, and beat well. Add a little more and beat again, continue in this way until dough sheets off spoon.

Bring 3 quarts of water to boil with 1 tsp. salt Hold bowl with dough, tipping it so you can cut small pieces of dough off into boiling water. Do a small amount at a time. When pieces rise to top, take out of water and drain, adding a little oil to prevent sticking. Keep warm while completing all the noodles. These noodles are good with meat and gravy or any sauce.
