Ingredients:
Ingredients:
40 chicken wings, rinsed well and patted dry
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp ground turmeric
1/2 cup mango nectar
1/4 cup honey
1 to 2 tsp red hot sauce
salt and freshly ground pepper
2 tbsp canola oil
2 tbsp finely chopped fresh oregano or 2 tsp good dried oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º.
Stir together mango nectar, red hot sauce, and honey in a bowl; season with salt and pepper and set aside.
Mix garlic powder, onion powder, and turmeric in a small bowl for adobo seasoning. Add in 1 tbsp salt and 1 tsp black pepper. Toss wings in bowl with the oil. Transfer wings onto a large baking sheet (or two small ones) in a single layer. Bake for 10 minutes, turn wings over, and bake for another 10 minutes. Remove wings from oven, generously brush with glaze, then continue cooking for 10 minutes more until cooked through. Remove to a platter and sprinkle with oregano.

Variation: Cook only 10 chicken wings. SLOWLY boil down a can (8oz) of mango nectar until reduced to about 2-3 oz, then add in the red hot sauce and honey. This results in a more intense mango flavor and thicker glaze. Follow the rest of the recipe.
