2 cups flour
1 cup whole milk
1 cup water
½ tsp salt
2 tbs sugar
4 eggs

FILLING

1 lb. pot cheese
1 lb. farmer cheese
½ lb. cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Salt
3 eggs
1 tbs. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix batter together
Take a small frying pan and put a little butter in it.
Swirl batter around so it is thin.
When cooked on one side, remove from pan and put on a dishtowel - cooked side up.
Make all the crepes and put in a single layer.

Mix all the ingredients of filling together.
Put a spoonful of filling on cooked side of crepe. Fold up envelope style
Continue till all crepes are filled and folded.

Fry in butter, folded side down first. Then turn over and brown other side.

Serve with sour cream, or warm fruit sauce.
