2 3 lb. chickens cut up
1 cup minced onion
1 cup minced green or red pepper
2 cloves minced garlic
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 can tomato paste, Italian style
1 box of sliced mushrooms
1 can 28 oz. whole San Marzano plum tomatoes, crush with your hands
Salt, pepper, thyme, basil, oregano, parsley
½ cup wine

Directions:
Directions:
Season chicken.
Coat with a mixture of seasoned breadcrumbs and flour.
Brown in canola oil.

Put rest of ingredients in a pot and add chicken.
Bring to a boil, then cover pot and put in 350-degree oven for one hour.
Add seasoning if necessary.
