1 tsp garlic, minced
1 tspsalt
3 tsp. Dijon mustard
4 tsp. honey
6 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
½ cup olive oil
6 cups lettuce
¼ cup dried cranberries
¼ cup feta cheese, cubed
1 green apple, thinly sliced
1 avocado, thinly sliced
2/3 cup grilled chicken, chopped

In a bowl, whisk together garlic, salt, Dijon mustard, honey and balsamic vinegar. Add in olive oil in a slow stream until emulsified. Chill for a minimum of 2 hours before using. Add remaining ingredients to a bowl and toss with dressing.
