2 blocks cream cheese – softened
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp chopped onion
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Pinch of salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese and cheddar cheese together. Then mix remaining ingredients into cheese mixture. Spread out onto serving tray or small dish and refrigerate until use.

*Use a heavy duty mixer or you may burn out your egg beaters.
