Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2¼ cups flour
½ cup cornmeal
4 tsp baking powder
½ tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp ground nutmeg
½ tsp salt
6 Tbsp unsalted butter, cold and cut into small pieces
½ cup milk or cream plus extra
¼ cup honey
1 egg
1 heaping cup chopped bananas (about 2)
1 cup blueberries (divided)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425°F. In medium-size mixing bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Cut in the butter using pastry cutter or your hands until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. In a separate bowl, mix milk/cream, honey, egg and banana together lightly and add ½ cup blueberries. Fold mixture into dry ingredients with a wooden spoon until combined thoroughly. Let dough sit for 20 minutes. Scoop dough into 12 equal portions and place on a baking sheet. Divide the remaining ½ cup blueberries evenly over the surface, gently flattening the dough as you push them in. Brush the tops of the scones with milk or cream.
Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes. Move them to a plate and let them cool completely.
