1 pkg. Sour Cream Mix or 1 cup sour cream
1 pkg Uncle Dans Southern mix or your favorite mix
1 cup milk
1½ block blue cheese or to taste if you like more
Garlic Salt - approx. 1 Tbsp
Black Pepper - approx. 1 Tbsp
2 Tbsp Vinegar
2 tsp Lemon Juice
1 quart Mayonnaise

Mix in large bowl until smooth. I usually get the hand mixer out for this. Can store back into mayo container and refrigerates well. Good as a veg dip, crackers, on meat, etc.
Makes about 1½ quarts.
