Ingredients:  
3 large bananas
1 cup sugar
½ cup butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
pinch salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar together. Add beaten eggs, vanilla and mashed bananas. Prepare dry ingredients and mix into batter, not stirring too much. Pour into loaf pan and bake at 350°F for about 1 hour. Very moist.
