Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
2 - 3 lbs ground round
1-14 oz bottle of catsup (Brooks catsup, if available)
1 to 2 T prepared mustard
1 T vinegar
3 T sugar
l/2 cup water, 1/2 t salt , 1/4 t pepper
Mix above ingredients in saucepan and simmer for 15 minutes
1 large onion, finely chopped
2 T bacon drippings (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, combine
2 T bacon drippings or olive oil and chopped onion
Cook over low heat until onions are transparent.
Add 2 to 3 lbs ground round , brown meat slowly.
Add cooked sauce and simmer for 15 minutes
