½ kg (1 lb) raw boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 2 cm cubes
1/3 kg (12 ounces) smoked sausage, sliced
½ cup chopped onion
1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 large can crushed tomatoes
1 cup chicken broth
½ cup dry white wine
2 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp dried parsley
2 tsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp cayenne pepper
½ kg (1 lb) cooked shrimp, peeled & tail removed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken, sausage, chopped bell pepper and onion in slow cooker. Add tomatoes, chicken broth, wine, oregano, parsley, Cajun seasoning, and cayenne pepper. Stir gently and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours, or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours. About 30 to 45 minutes before eating, add cooked shrimp. Serve over rice.
