3 eggs, beaten
170 g (6 ounces) dry bread crumbs
6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
2¼ x 16 ounce (475 ml) jars spaghetti sauce
170 g (6 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
¾ cup grated parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cover a medium baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour egg into a small bowl. Place bread crumbs in a separate bow. Dip chicken into egg, then into the bread crumbs. Place coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes, or until no longer pink and juices run clear. Pour half of the spaghetti sauce into a 7 x 11 inch baking dish. Place chicken over sauce and cover with remaining sauce. Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheeses on top and return to oven for 20 minutes.
