Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 eggs
2/3 cup milk
2 tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 1/3 cups bread crumbs
¾ kg (1½ lbs) lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup ketchup
1 Tbsp prepared mustard
1 package Stove Top Stuffing
1 package gravy mix

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare Stove Top Stuffing according to package instructions. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add bread crumbs and stir well. Mix ground beef, chopped onion, cheddar cheese into egg / breadcrumb mixture. Put 1 - 2 cm of ground beef mixture into the bottom of a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan, then use the ground beef mixture to form “walls” along the inside of the pan, up to within 2 cm (1 inch) of the top of the pan. The cavity in the middle creates a space for stuffing enclosed by a top layer of ground beef. Form the remaining ground beef mixture into a “top” for the loaf pan contents. Put prepared Stove Top Stuffing into cavity in the middle of loaf pan, then cover with remaining ground beef mixture. Combine brown sugar, ketchup and mustard in a small bowl, then spread over meat mixture. Bake for 1 to 1¼ hours. An instant–read thermometer inserted into the centre should read at least 160°F (70°C). While meatloaf is baking, prepare gravy mix according to package instructions. Serve slices of stuffed meatloaf with gravy.
