2 T. butter
1 T. minced onion
1 T. celery
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. fresh crabmeat or 1 can crabmeat
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 servings halibut or haddock steaks

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the onions and celery in the butter. Remove from the heat. Add the cracker crumbs, crabmeat, egg, salt, an pepper, mixing thoroughly. Place the fish in a well-greased pan or individual ramekins: top with stuffing. Bake in 375º degree oven for 30 minutes.
