1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
4 or 5 bananas
1/3 cup chopped pecans
1 small can maraschino cherries (cut into small pieces)
1 (9 ounce) container of Cool Whip
2 tablespoons of lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sour cream, lemon juice, salt, sugar and pineapple. Add nuts, cherries and bananas. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour into 9"x3"x2" pan (greased with mayonnaise). Cover and freeze.

Take out of freezer 1/2 hour before serving and refrigerate. Cut in squares to serve.
