1 (8.5 oz) can crushed pineapple
1 (lb) can whole cranberry sauce
2 (3oz) pkg raspberry flavor gelatin
1 (8oz) can cream cheese, softened
2 Tb. salad dressing
1 c. heavy cream
1 tart apple, pared and chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple and cranberry sauce, reserving liquid. Add enough water to liquid to make 2 cups. Pour 2 cups liquid into saucepan, bring to a boil.
Remove from heat and dissolve gelatin in hot liquid.
Chill until paratially set. In large bowl. beat cream cheese and salad dressing until fluffy. Gradually beat in partially set gelatin. Fold mixture into whipped cream. (I use cool whip.)
Remove 1.5 c. of mixture: let stand at room temperature. Fold pineapple, cranberry sauce, nuts and apple into remaining gelatin mixture. Pour into 11x7x13 inch baking dish. Chill until surface sets, about 20 minutes. Spread reserved topping on top. Chill several hours before serving.
