1 large can sliced peaches
1 large can pears
1 large can pineapple chunks
1 large can prune plums
2 bananas
1 large can applesauce
½ cup maraschino cherries
⅓ cup. butter
¾ cup sugar
3 tablespoons brown sugar
½ cup slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Drain canned fruit and cherries in colander. Put in large bowl. Boil ¾ cup sugar and the ⅓ cup butter until the sugar is melted. Add applesauce to this mixture. Pour over fruit and mix. Refrigerate overnight.

Day 2

Preheat oven to 350º.
Butter a 2 quart casserole dish. Add bananas to the fruit mixture. Pour into casserole dish. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.

Mix 3 tablespoons brown sugar with almonds. Spread on top of baked fruit. Bake for 15 minutes at 350º.
