6 oz spaghetti
2 c fat free milk
2 T flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 c gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
1/4 c grated parmesan cheese
3 medium figs, chopped ( Olives work too)
1/4 c minced chives

Directions:

1. Cook spaghetti according to directions, drain, set aside

2. Meanwhile with a wire whisk, combine the milk and flour in a large skillet, blending until the flour is dissolved, add salt, pepper, and cayenne; cook over medium heat, whisking constantly, until the mixture is bubbling and thickened, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the gorgonzola and parmesan cheeses to milk mixture; cook, stir constantly, until chees melts. Stir in figs and chives.

4. Pour cheese mixture over warm pasta , toss to combine
