1 large can crushed pineapple
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 large Cool Whip
½ to 1 cup pecans (chopped)

Drain pineapple. Mix all ingredients together. Chill and serve as salad or dessert.

I mash up cherries so there aren't many lumps, but it's just my preference.

This can be frozen. It is pretty to put in a paper milk carton, freeze and then slice.

This recipe was given to me from Lew Harrison - my grandchildren's other grandmother. They call it " the purple stuff".
