Frozen Fruit Salad

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sugar
Juice of one lemon
1 pound can fruit cocktail - use ½ of juice

Celery Seed Dressing

1 ¼ cups sugar
⅔ cup vinegar
2 cup Wesson oil
2 teaspoons dry mustard
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sugar. Add lemon juice and fruit cocktail juice. Fold in fruit cocktail. Put in custard cups or muffin tin and freeze. Serve with celery seed dressing.

For dressing, I mix all ingredients in blender.

5 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons vinegar
1/2 cup Wesson oil
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
